Does training at altitude matter?

May 23, 2017

Of course it matters! But how much?

The fitness coaches at ALT Fitness would argue when training in Denver the personal training needs to be more than just training. More than just working out. The reason is we’re not just here to get in shape. We’re not here just to train you for the beach.

But you probably want a beach body:

Don't worry we can achieve that too but that's not always the focus. The outdoor activities are endless and our personal training at ALT Fitness gears you up for those activities. It's in our name. ALT stands for All Level Training but it stands for more than that. ALTs fitness coaches prepare you to perform at high altitude. All Level Training is the alternative to your boring fitness routine.

But here's the kicker:

Denver and Colorado as a whole, is full of fit and healthy people who are looking for the extra edge of performance. Not only are they looking for an edge they know that training at altitude can bet detrimental to your health if done improperly. The personal fitness coaches at ALT Fitness in Denver thrive on finding that extra edge because they want to find it for themselves. They know what it's like to live and train at altitude. With that experience and knowledge they can push their clients beyond what they thought was possible.

Want to know the best part?

The coaches at ALT Fitness love the outdoors and activities around Denver just as much as their clients do. That’s the fun part for us fitness coaches. We want to be in the best shape we can be so we can enjoy the hiking, biking, and skiing in and around Denver. Then we can share that with our clients. No matter what your goals are. Hiking to river rafting, or hitting the slopes to biking around Denver, our fitness coaches live and breath it. The Alt Fitness coaches have all the tools to get you towards your goals.
