What's it like to be a personal fitness coach? Part 2

Do you think we love working out every day?


Personal training is more than a job. It's a lifestyle. At ALT Fitness we live and breathe fitness. As personal trainers, we love to talk the talk but we don’t always walk the walk. 


Don't think we're perfect:


The truth is we’re just like you. We just have fewer excuses. As personal trainers, we have to walk the walk but that doesn’t mean we’re not human. We still have our bad days. We still have our cheat meals. We miss our workouts because we're tired. 


Is there a difference between us and you?


The difference is the personal fitness coaches at ALT know when to eat like Gandhi during the week and then cheat like Chris Farley during the weekend. We know when to stop at one cheat day or one missed workout. That’s what makes the personal trainers at ALT Fitness different. We talk the talk but we also walk the walk right along with you as the client. We work out 5-6 days a week. We have the clients do an individualized routine that is similar to what we do. This creates a great community between the trainers and the clients because we all suffer during similar workouts. The trainers know how you feel because we’ve done the same workout. 


But wait there's more:


As a personal trainer, especially the ones at All Level Training, we like to plan ahead and set goals for ourselves. We set goals for the same reasons, we want Results. Just like you. We all want results and the personal trainers at All Level Training know how to get those results. At All Level Training, the personal trainers and clients are all in sync. We're all focused on the same goal. We want everyone to be the best we can be.
