ALT Fitness has been part of the Wash Park community since 2006. We opened our doors with one mission: create a coaching-first strength studio where real people get real results — without the chaos of big-box gyms and without the pressure of sales-driven memberships.
ALT stands for All Level Training. From busy professionals to developing young athletes, anyone willing to show up and work can thrive here.
