I always knew that I wasn't someone that could sit behind a desk for my career, so in 2008 I became a personal trainer. Personal training is great because everyday is completely different and you are always getting to meet new people. You get to help people succeed with their fitness goals and realize that hard work does pay off. My goal as a trainer is to help clients lose weight, get stronger, feel better, while also having some fun in the gym. I know that many people dread coming to the gym everyday but with the right people and the right atmosphere, I hope they see that fitness can be a lot of fun too!

Like everyone, I wanted change in my physical appearance and mental outlook, so I set goals to reach these markers. I had struggles and setbacks, however, all of the hardships I went through were worth much more when I reached my goals. And I wanted to assist others break through their walls!! Personal Training comes with constantly learning and gaining experience. I have been a Personal Trainer since 2006. Hey everyone, I'm Matt and I'm passionate about helping people feel better in everyday life and helping them push themselves further than they thought they could, both physically and mentally. In addition, I'm a firm believer in process goals which lead to healthy habits. Fitness has been a passion of mine since I started playing sports. Football was my main sport, I played at the high school and collegiate level. I became a personal trainer to help people reach their fitness goals and make the gym a less intimidating place no matter what your fitness level is.
