Our small group training is private coaching for you and your crew. You bring the group, and we tailor each session to your goals with a mix of strength work and high-intensity conditioning. It’s a fun, supportive way to stay consistent, challenge each other, and make real progress together.

Each trainer sets their own rate based on their experience, tenure, and availability. No contracts. No long-term commitments. No oversized packages you'll never finish.

Clients can re-evaluate every time a package ends, and trainers earn every rep. This keeps the training sharp, personal, and high-standard — while giving clients flexibility for life, work, and travel.

Small Group Training Investment

Small group training gives you the same coaching standards and structure as personal training, with 2–4 people sharing a coach. You still get eyes on your technique, a plan to follow, and accountability — just at a lower price per person.

Most groups train 2–3x per week, but we can adjust around work, travel, and sport seasons so you can stay consistent without burning out.
