How It Works

We keep the process straightforward so you can focus on showing up and training. Here’s how most people get started and stay consistent.

Start your trial week

Come in for a short trial so you can experience the studio, meet the coaches, and see how our training system feels — no long-term commitment required.

Set your plan & schedule

We look at your goals, training history, and schedule. Most clients train 2–3x per week — enough consistency to see real progress, flexible enough to work around work, travel, and life.

Train, adjust, repeat

You show up, we coach. We track your progress and adjust your program over time so you keep moving forward — stronger, leaner, and more confident.

Personal Training

One-on-one coaching built entirely around you. Ideal if you’re new to lifting, working through an injury, or you just want all eyes on your technique and progress every session.

Small Group Training

Train with 2–4 people in a semi-private setting. You still get a personalized plan and coaching, plus the energy and accountability of a tight-knit group. Great balance of cost, coaching, and community.
